Welcome to My Blog!!
This blog use to be inclusive homeschool blog; however, my youngest daughter, whom I homescholed for 1.5 years, is back in public school! Instead of deleting this blog (which has been helpful to some people), I have decided to just utilize it as my “catch-all” blog. Posting everything from our “daily” lives to our diets to our religious and political ideas. As I clear out some of my homeschool “stuff”, I will also post some of that, too. I tend to post sporatically, at best; however, hopefully, what I do post will be of some help to others!
My Homeschool Story
My first experience with homeschooling was with my oldest daughter, Sissy. It began as a disciplinary tool and almost as quickly turned into an educational experience that I wanted to continue with my other children. After much discussion, my husband, the children and I have decided to homeschool Boo, our youngest daughter. My son, Bubba, wants to continue in public school.
Please feel free to leave comments and links to YOUR site. I would love to facilitate idea sharing!!
Thanks for stopping by!! Have a GREAT day!!

I have a lot of friends who can’t believe I keep up on a blog, but I just include it as part of our school routine and every week I do a weekly report as a review of what we did. I think it’s a wonderful way to keep track of what we do. Plus it’s a great way to show the grandparents just what my boys do all day and reassures them that they’re getting an education
Heidi,
I tried to send an email, but it wouldn’t go through. So here’s my response to your question about the noodles.
Cream Cheese Noodles is a new recipe for us. I (think) I got it from Kate’s blog (Kate, from A Simple Walk…one of the 3 Moms). Here’s the recipe as I copied it down. Like I said, I haven’t tried this one yet, but it looks SO yummy!

4 oz. cream cheese
garlic salt (or salt)
pepper
1. Melt 1/4 c. butter in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add a 1/2 lb. of cooked pasta (any shape you want).
3. Add 4 oz. cream cheese, garlic salt (or plain salt), and pepper to taste.
4. Stir and cook until cream cheese is melted and some noodles are just starting to get a little crisp.
Hi, Heidi!
I’ve been browsing around your blog this evening. It’s really nice and I’ll definitely keep checking in.
